Health Insurance Shop – Shop & CRM

The Fund Store is one of the biggest health funds webshop of Hungary where 6 health funds’ clients can choose from hundreds of health products. Helio manages the general support for the webshop since 2015. In the past few years, we have worked on numerous smaller and bigger tasks regarding the shop as well as the warehouse management software.

How?

After the initial support in 2015, our biggest development was the building of the warehouse management software for the Fund Store. The biggest challenge of the task was that we had to work with an already existing webshop engine which means that we not only had to develop the software, but also had to make an extensive mapping of the webshop. The project, implemented in 3 months, resulted in a unique CRM system, that:

• encompasses the whole warehouse process from receipt to invoice,
• handles the orders coming from 6 different health funds in a common interface,
• is in continuous connection with the webshop engine
• and in continuous connection with the online invoice software szamlazz.hu.

With the help of the software that was finished by the end of 2016, the processing of thousands of orders became faster and more transparent.

Support

Aside the warehouse management software, our job included:

• the connection of Tempo, Vitamin and Vasutas health funds into the system
• conducting coupon promotions
• and numerous optimization solutions.
